Stellenzu is a small, focused product built to make the path from looking for work to landing the right role shorter — for job seekers, and for the recruiters trying to find them.
The job market spends millions on platforms that move résumés around. Very few of them help anyone actually decide: what to write, what to apply to, what to negotiate, what to learn next.
Stellenzu is the opposite. Every feature is built to answer a real question a real person has when they're between jobs — and to give them a sharper, more honest, more usable answer than they'd get from a generic ATS or a careers blog.
ATS systems reject it, recruiters skim past it, and weeks of effort produce a handful of replies.
Inboxes fill with résumés that don't match the role — the right candidate is buried somewhere in the noise.
What should I learn next? What's a fair salary? Which roles actually fit my background? Most platforms leave you guessing.
Three tools that work together — and replace half a dozen tabs of half-broken alternatives.
Upload an old resume and Stellenzu extracts it into structured fields. Paste a job description and our AI tailors the wording — your real experience, sharpened for the role. Export as PDF, Word, or LaTeX.
We read your resume and surface jobs that genuinely match. Filter by remote, employment type, experience level — save the good ones, tailor your resume, and apply with one click.
An AI assistant trained on career strategy. Ask about interview prep, salary negotiation, skill gaps, or career pivots. No fluff, no upsell.
Watching friends struggle to find roles that fit them — and recruiters wade through hundreds of off-target applications — made the gap obvious. Stellenzu started as a side project to close it.
Shipped the early version: resume builder, job search, and an AI assistant. Used hackathons to pressure-test the workflow with real job seekers.
Structured resume parsing, six real templates, tailor-to-JD, assisted apply with smart filters, Kyro the career copilot. A small team building fast, with a long roadmap.
Tools that respect your time. We never auto-submit applications or play games with your data — you stay in control.
AI where it earns its keep — tailoring resumes, parsing job descriptions, surfacing real matches. Not chatbots for the sake of it.
We won't fabricate experience on your resume, inflate match scores, or hide what we can't do. Trust takes years; we're building for the long game.
Did you land the interview? The offer? That's the only metric that matters. Everything we ship is measured against it.
Founder & Builder, Stellenzu
I started Stellenzu in 2024 after watching too many capable people struggle to land roles they were clearly suited for — and too many recruiters miss candidates buried under a pile of generic applications.
The pieces of a fix already exist: AI that can read resumes, structured data that can match skills to job descriptions, real-time chat that can answer career questions. They just weren't stitched together in a way that respected the user's time. So I started building.
I'm building Stellenzu in the open. If you're a job seeker, a recruiter, or someone who wants to help shape it — say hi.
Say hi, ask a question, or share feedback — I read every message.
Upload your resume, let us tailor it, and stop sending the same generic application into the void.
